Bull Run Blocked

As of about July 2019, Bull Run is blocked in the vicinity of Bull Run park upstream of the confluence with Cub Run (see map). Paddlers may portage the obstruction using a nearby horse trail on the park side. Proceed approximately 1/4 mile downstream and put in again at the utility easement.
